Realme X will come with 48MP Sony IMX586 camera, Nightscape mode

first_imgThe Realme X is set to launch in China on May 15 and we keep finding out new information about the flagship everyday. In fact, a lot of the details about the Realme X is coming from the company itself. For example, the company’s CMO posted an image of the Realme X’s display earlier this week, revealing its notchless screen. A poster shared by the company confirmed the device will sport an AMOLED panel. Yet another poster has been revealed by the company that confirms the Realme X will come with a 48MP Sony IMX586 camera with f/1.7 aperture.Up until now, it was speculated that the Realme X will bring a 48MP primary camera, but it wasn’t clear whether the company will be using the Sony sensor or Samsung’s GM1 sensor. The poster shared by the company on Weibo confirms it will be the Sony IMX586 sensor, which means you will be able to shoot raw 48MP photos on the Realme X.Additionally, the image also confirms the Realme X will get the Nighscape mode for low-light photography. Nightscape is a long-exposure mode that allows for brighter and clearer photos in low light by increasing the shutter time. The feature has already been seen on the Realme 3 and Realme 3 Pro this year to positive response, so it makes sense for the Realme X to get the feature as well. The Realme X will come with a notch-free display thanks to the selfie camera being housed in a pop-up mechanism. This will also allow the Realme X to offer a 91.2 per cent screen-to-body ratio. As per a TENAA listing, the Realme X will get a 6.5-inch FHD+ display and the device will house a 3,680mAh battery.advertisementThe upcoming Realme phone will most likely get a Snapdragon 730 processor paired with 8GB of RAM. The device should also support VOOC 3.0 fast charging like the Realme 3 Pro and you can also expect an in-display fingerprint. The Realme X is clearly a feature-packed phone that is expected to launch at a disruptive pricing to help Realme enter the Chinese market on a strong note. The company has confirmed that the Realme X will launch in India soon and we expect the price in India to be somewhere between Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000.ALSO READ | Realme X notch-less display shown off clearly by company CMOALSO READ | Android Q beta for Realme 3 Pro: How to download and what’s newALSO READ | Realme X and Realme X Lite confirmed to launch on May 15 in Chinalast_img read more
